NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Whatcom County Health Department will be accepting applications from qualified firms and providers interested in providing the following services:

Community Access Services to Adults with Developmental Disabilities
(Open and Continuous Recruitment)

Provider enrollments are open and continuous, as long as funds are available. Provider certification and monitoring will be conducted by the Whatcom County Health Department, Human Services Division.

The purpose of this RFI is to recruit qualified providers, in accordance with Washington State Department of Social and Health Services guidelines, to perform Community Access Services to adults with developmental disabilities, 21 and older, who are retired or no longer pursuing employment.
