In order to protect both citizens and the staff, appointments will be limited to reduce the number of people in the office. Further protections include required face masks for all individuals in the courthouse, public and staff, plexiglass at all the customer service counters, floor markings for 6 foot social distancing and hand sanitizer available at the door to each office.
The Auditor’s Office will be scheduling appointments between 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for the following services only: marriage licensing, mobile home transactions, vehicle and vessel title transactions, and map recordings. Appointments may be made by calling 360-778-5100 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
Available appointment times may vary and will depend on the in-office schedule of staff members. All other services may still be conducted online, by phone, by mail, or by using a drop-box outside of each office. The public is encouraged to utilize these methods of transacting business whenever possible.
