Property Short Master
The real property short master is a list of parcel accounts with data including parcel numbers, property addresses, ownership names, and property value information.
The data is offered in three different formats. Each format contains a complete dataset.
Comma Separated Values file (csv) that has been compressed in a zip archive
Microsoft Database file (mdb) that has been compressed in a zip archive
The GIS shapefile is a set of related files containing polygons that represent primary tax accounts. Each record in the shapefile is attributed with its primary, 12-digit geographic identifier (GID) and a five- or six-digit property identifier (PID). This 12-digit GID represents the township, range, section, and approximate X and Y coordinate location of the parcel. If the record has a zero (0) for its PID, there is no tax account associated with that particular polygon (for example: water bodies, rights-of-way, and certain tribal land).
The GIS shapefile does not include data for auxiliary parcel accounts.
