Carol Frazey is currently serving her first full term on the Whatcom County Council, after serving a partial term. She represents the at-large (B) position. Her term began January 2020 and expires January 2024.
In 2021, Councilmember Frazey is the County Council Vice-Chair, and is chair of the Public Works and Health Committee. She is also a member of the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee and the Finance and Administrative Services Committee. In addition, she represents the County Council on several community boards and committees, including the Child and Family Well-Being Task Force, Council of Governments, Intergovernmental Tribal Relations Committee, Reserve Officers Board of Trustees, Solid Waste Advisory Committee, and Washington State Association of Counties (WSAC) Timber Counties Caucus.
