Purpose
The Committee meets periodically to provide guidance to the County regarding making its facilities and programs accessible to those with disabilities. The committee also reviews the ADA coordinator's complaint resolution decisions and makes necessary recommendations for improvements to accessibility.
Next Meeting
Due to the current county-wide health crisis, meetings have been cancelled until further notice.
Meetings usually take place in the Human Resources Conference Room, County Courthouse Suite 107.

There are 7 members on the Americans With Disabilities Act Compliance Committee.

- 2 members from the general citizenry residing within Whatcom County
- 2 members who are elected officials
