In-Person Services


Visit us In-Person at the Whatcom County Courthouse at 311 Grand Avenue in Bellingham. You can register to vote, update your registration, get a replacement ballot. While Whatcom County is still working to slow the spread of COVID-19, you are encouraged to continue following all social distancing guidelines if you visit us In-Person.  We are limiting the number of individuals in the office, and everyone is required to wear a face mask and maintain a 6 foot social distance.  If possible, please call or email before you visit, we may save you a trip!
