In-Person Services

If you need to visit us In-Person, you may.  We are located in Suite 103 of the Whatcom County Courthouse (311 Grand Avenue in Bellingham).  You can register to vote, update your registration, get a replacement ballot.  If possible, please call or email before you visit, we may save you a trip!

Hours:  October 19 - November 8 (Monday-Friday), 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Tuesday, November 8, 8:30 am - 8:00 pm

Registration Deadlines

Monday, October 31 Voter registration and address changes online or by mail must be received at the Whatcom County Auditor's Office by October 31.
November 1 through November 8 Visit our office in person to register to vote or change your address by 8:00 pm Election Day.

By Drop Box Drop boxes are open October 19 and close at 8:00 pm on Election Day.  No stamp needed.
