What is required by the Court: |

Fees for Facilitator services: (Effective
8/13/12) |
- New
causes of action: Upon the filing of new causes of
action, if a Facilitator has not checked the papers, the
filing party will be required to sign a Filing Disclaimer.
- Papers
must be checked before final hearings: Before final
papers may be scheduled for a hearing before a Judge, the
Facilitator and a Court Commissioner must check them for
completeness.

- Scheduled appointment: $20.00
- Cash only, payable to County Clerk, 3rd Floor, prior to scheduling appointment
- No fee waivers/reductions available
- Free services may be available elsewhere
- $20 fee includes first appointment and final, follow-up appointment
