  Request Copies:  Email to request copies of documents  

Until we are able to offer web lookup of documents and free printing, we are still having to require pre-payment for copies and will mail them via USPS.  Most files prior to 1996 are on microfilm and it may take several days to fill your request for copies from the older files.

You may request copies by phone, (360) 676-6777.  When recording starts, dial the # sign, then 50029. 

  MISCELLANEOUS:
  • FAX filings are not accepted. (See Bar Notice of 9/15/04)
  • Ex parte fee is $30
  • WiFi Internet access is available in all courtrooms; attorneys/parties may print in-court edited documents at the Clerk's Office, using a portable thumb/flash/travel drive at a public access terminal.
