The bridge was reopened to traffic on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at approximately 2:00 PM. This bridge rehabilitation project included replacement of the approach spans, removal and replacement of the existing decking, new guardrails, replacement of many structural steel members, repainting of the bridge and scour protection installed in the river.
