The Northwest Annex is located at the corner of Northwest Drive and West Smith Road, at 5280 Northwest Drive, in Bellingham.
If you are traveling south on I-5, use Exit 262 (W. Axton Road), go east to Northwest Drive and turn right (south).
If you are traveling north on I-5, there is no exit at Smith Road. You must use Exit 260 (Slater Road), go east, then north (turn left) on to Northwest Drive.
