Critical Areas Ordinance

On August 5, 2008  Whatcom County Council passed Adoption of an amended Shoreline Management Program.  This has resulted in changes to the Critical Areas Ordinance.  Click here to see just the changes to the new code, or go to the Regulations page for the all of the code.
