Subarea Plan Workshops 20 years from now... ...what will the Foothills look like? Join us in September for a Friday evening and Saturday workshop to discuss a master plan for development of the Kendall Small Town Commercial area (at the intersection of Mt. Baker Highway and Kendall Road ) . Then stay tuned for the rest of the planning process and participate.
A citizen's advisory committee is working with the community and County to update the Foothills Subarea Plan which will guide how our area changes over the next 20 years. Interested? Be sure to attend the workshops and add your voice! We'll also distribute a questionnaire this summer to various locations throughout the Foothills area and to those who request to be on the County's contact list.
