There are a number of maps available from Whatcom County Planning
and Development Services (PDS). The .pdf downloads are free and
intended to give the user the ability to download and view common
maps that have been created by Whatcom County PDS and to provide
a way for the user to purchase hard copy maps if desired.  You
must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the files, available free
from Adobe.
Hard copy maps available by contacting the Planning Division
at phone (360-676-6907) or email pds@co.whatcom.wa.us. Allow 24 hours
for processing. Hard copy maps are 48x36 inches (1:63,360) depicting
the full County (west of the National Forest) and cost US$18.13
($16.80 plus tax). They are also available at the Township level
(1:18,000) for $13.60 ($12.60 plus tax).
The images vary in size from .5 megabytes to 5 megabytes, depending
on complexity and size. Download times may be slow. Click on the
links on the navigation bar to the left for the categories of maps
available.
