| Obtaining Permits for Professional Fireworks Displays |
| To obtain a permit conduct a professional fireworks display in unincorporated Whatcom County you need to submit a completed application form along with the following:
1. A copy of your Washington State Fireworks License
2. A copy of your insurance certificate
3. A site plan showing the location of the launch area in relation to other buildings, viewing areas and parking on the property
4. $100.00 Permit Fee
