“Whatcom 2031” is the County's review and update of the Comprehensive Plan and 10-year review of our Urban Growth Areas (UGAs), a requirement of the Growth Management Act. Over the course of the next few years, Whatcom County will be working to review and revise the County's Comprehensive Plan.
The comprehensive plan serves as the policy foundation for growth and development for the next twenty years. We hope that you check back frequently for updates to this site and participate in activities. We need your help to build a plan that fulfills your vision for Whatcom County!
