The Capital Facilities element of the Whatcom County Comprehensive Plan includes the Captial Facilities Chapter (Chapter 4), the 20-year Capital Facilities Plan (Appendix E) and the Six-Year Capital Improvement Program for County facilities (Appendix F).
In 2011, the Planning Commission and County Council will consider changes to the Capital Facilities element of the Whatcom County Comprehensive Plan.
