The staff at Lighthouse Park also maintains three other public areas in Point Roberts:Monument Park, Maple Beach, and Lily Point Marine Reserve.

Just up the road from Lighthouse Park, Monument Park is home to border marker #1 on the US-Canada border. The small park overlooks the Strait of Georgia from its perch among the trees atop a small bluff. An easy walking trail follows the top of the vegetation-covered slope, then descends through a forest of giant old Douglas fir trees to a picturesque beach. There are no facilities and no day fee at Monument Park.

If you’re looking for a sandy beach for the kids, warm water for swimming, or tide flats to explore, be sure to check out Maple Beach. The public beach is located on the northeastern corner of Point Roberts, a ten-minute drive from Lighthouse Park. On a very low tide sand bars extend for about a mile off shore, and when the tide comes in the warm sand heats the water to a wonderful swimming temperature. Like Monument Park, Maple Beach has no day use fee.

Anchoring the southeastern corner of the Point is the Lily Point Marine Reserve. Significant to local Native American Tribes and cherished by generations of residents and visitors, Lily Point was dedicated as one of Whatcom County's newest parks in 2008.
