• Western Washington University --  WWU's Wilson Library is a partial federal government depository with major United States  government documents.
• Bellingham Public Library  -- Library has a small collection of major Washington law books, legal reference books,  and some how-to manuals for non-lawyers.
• Whatcom County Library System  -- Various branches have some basic legal resources such as the Revised Code of  Washington, and local municipal codes.
• Whatcom Community College Library -- The Learning Resource Center has a small  collection of legal research materials to support the needs of their Paralegal Program.
