To prevent the spread of H1N1 in our community please do the following:

  1. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or alcohol-based hand cleanser
  2. Cover your cough
  3. Stay home if you are ill; parents should keep children home if they are ill
  4. Get vaccinated for seasonal flu now and for H1N1 when available to you.
