Action Group: Development Team
The focus of this small, work-intensive Action Group is on developing structure and producing framework drafts that are consistent with the mission and vision of the overall Whatcom Taking Action project.
Current tasks include:
- Establishing fiscal sponsorship of the Whatcom Taking Action project by a participating organization with 501c3 status
- Initiating DRAFTS of the following, for review with Coordinating Council
- Ideal co-located service model
- Whatcom Taking Action work plan
- Vision and mission statements
- Whatcom Taking Action administrative model
- Refining and further developing above drafts with input from all Action Groups
- Coordinating a spring 2010 Whatcom Taking Action community meeting
