Whatcom Taking Action for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs is a community partnership whose vision is an inclusive community that ensures the health and well-being of CYSHCN. Community partners have agreed on their Common Ground, and are working toward:

• The long term goal of a fully collaborative model of services for children and youth with special health care needs and their families
  
  
• The interim steps necessary to maintain existing services, to use resources more efficiently and to continue to identify and address gaps in services
