Whatcom County District
Court is pleased to offer evening court sessions and an Online Infraction Program as a way to better
serve the citizens of Whatcom County and Washington State.
We offer the option of bi-monthly evening court sessions
for civil small claims, traffic mitigations, and contested infractions.
We also offer the option of online traffic mitigations and online deferred finding requests. If you are interested in learning more about Night Court or the Online Infraction Program, please
