incidence of computer viruses and spam e-mails, effective immediately,
the Whatcom County Council Office will not open any e-mail messages
addressed to the Council e-mail address that do not have a subject.
When selecting your subject, please try to be as specific about
the issue as possible to help us determine the validity of e-mails.
Our office cannot guarantee that all e-mail messages received will
be opened, or that all messages sent will be received. If your correspondence
is of an urgent nature, we suggest that you hand deliver the document
to our office. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All e-mail messages received are public record and will be made
available for public review in our files.

your comments to the councilmembers individually, also send
