plan for flood control; discussing and recommending budget
appropriation; and being the liaison with the public by holding
public meetings.

Whatcom County Flood
Control Division staff may assign committee members from the
county wide Flood Control Zone District Advisory Committee's
alternate list. Please see the current vacancy list for alternate
vacancies.
Term Limit:
2 full terms, one year separation required before commencing another 2 full terms.
Term Length:
4 years
