Purpose: Community public health and safety networks
reconnect parent and other citizens with children, youth,
families and community institutions which support health and
safety. Board members shall be citizens who live within the
network boundary with no fuduciary interest.
Authority: The Washington State Legislature as the Whatcom County Public Health and Safety Network established in 1994 under Engrossed Second Substitute House Bill (ESSHB) 2319

Term Limit: 2 terms, one year separation required after two terms.
