How do I request a copy of a document?

Your request can be made in person or mailed to:

Photocopy fees are $1.00 for each page requested. To obtain a certified copy the entire document must be requested. The fee for a certified copy is a $1.00 per page plus an additional $2.00.

The appropriate fees are due upon request. If mailing in your request, please include all information available (i.e. auditor file number, party names, date) along with a self-addressed stamped envelope for document return. Also, include requester’s name and phone number in case we have additional questions.
