This position performs a variety of duties to support Superior Court record management. The Clerk II is responsible for the digital scanning of all case files and documents. Record management functions include protecting and converting Superior Court records to digital format, assisting with records storage tasks, and destroying records in accordance with federal, state and County statutes.

QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a high school diploma or GED AND one (1) year of progressively responsible general office and clerical experience. General record management experience is preferred. Experience with court or legal procedures and/or documents is preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Background check must meet County criteria. Must pass job-related tests. Required to become a member of the local collective bargaining unit. Required to take the oath of Deputy Clerk.
