background information.
Incident Fact sheets from the Joint
Information Center (JIC), at Whatcom County Division of Emergency
Management Office. Fact sheets were issued almost daily from
the Joint Information Center during the three weeks following
the incident. The JIC was open from June 10 through July 2, 1999
coordinating the emergency response involving numerous agencies.
