Terrell Creek Restoration - Mitigation for Birch Bay Drive and Pedestrian Facility

Project Summary​

This project is to place 200 pieces of large woody debris along Terrell Creek between Jackson Road and Kickerville Road as mitigation for the Birch Bay Drive and Pedestrian Facility Project. The work will occur entirely on private property and placement of the large woody debris will be done by helicopter.

Project Details

Status: Project has been awarded and the Contractor has begun to stage large woody debris and the laydown areas.

Contract Awarded: February 10, 2020

Contract Amount: $417,377.80

Contractor: Tiger Construction, Ltd.

Construction Schedule: The Contractor will continue to import large woody debris to the laydown areas located on Blaine Road and Grandview Road for the next couple of months. On August 10th through August 12th the contractor will be using a helicopter to place the large woody debris along the Terrell Creek between Jackson Road and Kickerville Road.
